pa33 services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. All account registrations are subject to age verification. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing rules.
Each individual may hold only one pa33 account. Duplicate accounts, accounts shared between individuals, or accounts opened to circumvent restrictions are prohibited and will result in suspension. All accounts must be registered in the account holder's own legal name.
The pa33 platform operates its player wallets in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and bet settlements are processed in PKR. pa33 does not apply internal currency conversion fees on PKR transactions processed through supported payment methods.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by pa33 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits set out at the time of offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied in full.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pa33 may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
Each individual is permitted to hold one pa33 account only. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pa33 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, pa33 will close all but the earliest registered account. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided, and pa33 reserves the right to withhold funds where duplicate account usage has resulted in bonus abuse.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pa33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pa33 support immediately. pa33 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation of any security concern.
You may request the closure of your pa33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. pa33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where KYC has not been fully completed.
Withdrawals will not be processed while a member has outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to their account balance. pa33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the standard processing window for the selected payment method; JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

In the event that a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account. Where a bet forms part of an accumulator and one leg is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated excluding the voided leg.
In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds and market availability. Due to the nature of live events, there may be a brief delay between a bet being submitted and its acceptance. pa33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void in-play bets placed after a material event has occurred but before the market was suspended.

pa33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pa33 will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the pa33 platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.
